Our Onsite Restaurant
The Onsite Restaurant will be set in a marquee in the event grounds. Our Hunter Valley Chefs have developed a menu of four entrees, four main courses and four desserts – each matched with a 60ml serve of Hunter Valley Semillon. Tickets for this area will include your choice of two courses and the wine.

Seafood Cooking Demonstrations
Celebrity Cook Alvin Quah, finalist Master ChefJoin our Celebrity Cook Alvin Quah, finalist Master Chef Series 2, as he demonstrate his favourite seafood recipes and pick up new tips and tricks to amaze at your next dinner party. Finish the session by learning how to match the dish with a Hunter Valley Semillon for the ultimate combination. There will be three sessions throughout the day (same dish prepared at each session).

Semillon Master Classes
Semillon Master ClassesThis is a great way to learn more, impress your friends or top up your knowledge of Hunter Valley Semillon. The four sessions will be run in a dedicated marquee. Each session will run for half an hour and will include four wines. They will be hosted by The Wine Man, Peter Bourne, who will be joined by a panel of our Winemakers. This is a superb interactive way to learn more about Hunter Valley Semillon.

The four sessions are:
1.Trophy/gold medal tasting
2.Vintage Bi-Vertical - 2010, 2008, 2006, 2004
3.Regional tasting - Lovedale, Broke, Pokolbin, Belford or Mt View
4.The many faces of Semillon - Sparkling, table, off-dry and dessert styles
